Abstract

The quality and maturity method (QMM) for the assessment of quality and maturity level of research and development is discussed. The QMM method is a diagnostic tool, with which companies are able to locate the most central areas, developed in their product development. The QMM method is piloted in 50 companies, having development projects in finnish national technology programs.
