N2 - The present energy system is facing various challenges in the near future due to changing demand and productions structures. Novel ideas are required to address the control of large number of the flexible resources. The paper aims to introduce integrated business platform of distributed energy resources in Finland. The platform is used to exchange information between laboratories, pilots, and actual facilities of all market participants. The paper describes the bare minimum information exchange requirements of some use cases for the integrated business platform to enable novel business opportunities for monitoring, verification, and application of flexibility services of microgrids and energy communities for the purposes of transmission and distribution grid management. The proposed information exchange platform is based on definition of use cases for the smart grid architecture model.
